  The problem, then, is that they're allowed to do that.  A good
  craftsman doesn't blame his tools, but somehow, certain tools can be
  labeled "bad tools", and it's suddenly OK for anyone to blame it,
  especially those who are worse than the "bad tool".  Go figure.

  If this is not what you expected, please alter your expectations.
