Well, do not post when under the influence of emotions -- it only gets you into trouble. Remember that just because you do, does not mean that anybody else does. Also, do not interpret harshness as hostility, that only causes hostility because you start attacking someone who is not attacking you. The ability to be harsh without hostility is not foreign to the American culture, so there is no cultural excuse here, either. Emotions that overflow into your treatment of unrelated people are out of control.
