HTML tags had been used for what they were | intended. It would have been trivial for search engines to generate useful | outlines of indexed documents. If the CSS had been available from the start, things could have developed that way. It is, however, far better design not to use explicit levels but rather nesting constructs. The fact that these headings do not nest but sort of "float" in the overall body may have been a good idea to some people at some time, but it is generally only a recipe for abuse, which is also the development we have seen. -- Erik Naggum, Oslo, Norway Act from reason, and failure makes you rethink and study harder.
