Some people actually feel comfortable when they get their work done efficiently and when they accomplish something. Others seem to feel comfortable only when they get paid to do no work at all. There are studies that show that there are a number of remarkably different personality types. That you keep insisting on your type is really pathological. It also tells everybody that you are really average since no person who is even slightly different from the average will be able to believe that all others are just like himself. What makes people of different personalities work together well is /professionalism/.
