While there | are certainly Lisps, notably EuLisp, which also have built in threads, | ANSI Common Lisp does not. This may be important to some people. can you draw a line between Java the language and Java the implementation the same way the Common Lisp guys had to draw that line? if you can't, don't you think it's grossly unfair to compare the two infavorably as long as there are implementations that support everything you ask for?
