Look at the top of "build.scm" itself for some hints, but try something
like this:

	% scmlit -f build.scm -e"(bi)" build ...other.build.params...

There are some lines in the Makefile that invoke "build.scm" that furnish
some hints for other args you might want to specify, e.g.

	% scmlit -f build.scm -e"(bi)" build -hsystem -Fcautious bignums \
	arrays inexact engineering-notation dump dynamic-linking

or whatever...
