The Rice University PLT Group <URL:>
used to make such a tool available ("xctocc" -- used, among other things,
to create the MzScheme binding for wxWindows), but I understand that
it's no longer distributed on their web site. However, if you contact
Matthew Flatt <> directly, he might be able to help...
