Well, since the DrScheme and HelpDesk "File" menus both have an
"Open URL..." entry, you might look up the source of the "File"
menu and see how the selection callback invokes a browser instance.

p.s. I'm not sure you can get a browser instance *in* "your own window".
It might always pop up a new window for the browser. [But I could be
wrong about that, since in the later versions it seems the HelpDesk *is*
a browser instance...]
