Am I missing something, or were you asking for an ACL --> MCL port?  If so,
I've done a bunch of that in a prior life as an AI researcher.  There aren't
any really good tools, but I would be happy to share some of the basic
routines that I produced.  If you are looking for MCL --> ACL, that german
software is also available in english.  I can exactly remember the woman's
name, but it something like Kristine, etc, you should be able to find it in
the docs on the MCL/ACL German port.  She can help you out...in fact, she is
very helpful in general.  

But it sounded to me like your initial request was to go TO mcl FROM acl.
If that's the case, it is much easier, as MCL has much more basic
functionality, so you aren't rewriting much.
