Moreover the files has been corrupted. As my Internet provider doesn't give
direct access to its FTP site, I can't solve this problem right now.
However I have just put these zip files in the CMU repository
(ftp.cs.cmu.edu in the user/ai/new directory - look for te-ini.zip and
Defsys.zip , be careful with the spelling, there are older versions of
these files with similar names)
