In an ACL program that I'm writing for a psychological experiment, I need
to log user response times. What is the best (most accurate) way to measure
the time between the presentation of a visual cue and a user's keypress?
I'm using ACL for Win 3.0.2. Based on previous results I estimate that
response times will range from 1000 to 4500 msec (depending on the
experimental condition).
