Help please ...

I would like to use the acl50_beta for Linux together with xemacs and
cannot
explain xemacs how to find the "inferior" lisp process ...

More precisely from a lisp mode buffer I would like to be able to
pass/load/eval
forms to/by the allegro lisp.

Browsing the xemacs info file I have seen something like:
The inferior-lisp-process (or inferior-lisp-program) variable must be set
(supposely to "/usr/local/acl5/lisp" ?)
but I don't find this help page anymore (!), and where this setq form must
be written (.emacs ?)

Is it necessary to refer to some of the *.el files in /usr/local/acl5/eli
directory?

May be this other question is too naive, but is there available
documentations and/or
guidelines that come with acl50_beta for Linux?

Thank you very much for your help.
Antoine Zahnd.
