Can anyone tell me how to construct a .ico file which contains two
different size icons (16x16 & 32x32)?  

ACL PC requires this file structure in order to change the file icon on
the lisp.exe file.  I have searched thru shareware tools and combed the
VC 6 documentation but nothing indicates how this is done.  I fear I am
missing something fundamental about icons and windows development.

Not much of a lisp question, I know.

Any help?
