Has anyone ported the ACLW Editi interface for Win-Emacs to Gnu Emacs
  19.34.1? I find Win-Emacs 1.5 to be too outdated and too unstable on NT
  4.0 to use.

I am surprised by your comment. I have been using Win-Emacs 1.5 on
Windows NT for several months, and I'm quite happy with it. It seemed
very stable to me; ACL crashes more than it does.
