Subject: Version control packages for Pearlsoft's Win-Emacs?

Has anyone ported a package like vc to use with Pearlsoft's Win-Emacs
for integrating version control? I would like to be able to use RCS and
CVS within Win-Emacs to do lisp development on Windows NT, but any
suggestions about alternatives would be appreciated.
