Hello, I have used Allegrostore on Windows NT (PC) for more than one year. I have been satisfied with the AllegroStore 1.1.x versions: very easy to use (it was very easy to port an existing application to Allegrostore), a bit slow and not very well integrated in the development environment (e.g. no online help for the AS functions). The final application has proved to be very reliable. However the last version (1.2) seems to be a true disaster even if the performance has been improved (almost a 2 factor with a benchmark that is a subset of my application - a function to redisplay the visible box of a large electrical network map). In fact I have just decided to stop any development with that version, probably returning to one of the 1.1.x ones. If you decide to work with Allegrostore I would be happy to exchange experience about this product use. By the way, if your are new to ACL4W, you could be interested in some extensions for ACL4W I have written (see my home page).
